The last day to file at the Property Tax Appeal Board is March 13, 2019. Civil War Soldiers' Monument Restoration ProjectThe Rock Island County Sheriff’s Department, in conjunction with the Rock Island County Historical Society and the Civil War Roundtable of the Quad Cities, are in the process of raising funds for a restoration project.
